M7.10 - Agreement of standard format for community contributed bibliographies in conjunction with WP4

The report is complete and the platform for D7.1 has been agreed. WP7 will use the Drupal biblio module as the basis for implementation, hosted in a Scratchpad. Thus the supported formats will be those provided by the biblio module, such as BibTex and RIS
