Files relating to the ViBRANT Grant Agreement:

The legal / adminstrative representatives should all have received 3 copies of your Grant Agreement Accession form. As it explains in the cover letter, all three copies need to be signed by one of the people who signed your original grant preparation forms. If you are unsure who this is, please contact Gemma Maldar. Partners should keep one copy for your records and return the other two copies to Gemma Maldar (via courier or recorded delivery). Gemma will keep one copy and return the other to the EU.

NOTE: The Grant Agreement will not be valid unless the EU have all the accession forms by the 23rd September. So partners must return the signed copies to Gemma by Friday 17th September at the latest.
