M1.39 - Organise final meeting

Original target date was 31 March 2013 for this milestone. The meeting is now planned as a joint conference with several other projects and will take place in Rome in September. The venue is being organised by our colleagues in LifeWatch. A draft programme exists, but is not published pending the confirmation of venue and date.
