M7.17 - Review of pilot mark up processes within the Scratchpad infrastructure

Originally planned for 31 July 2012. However, following confirmation at ManComm7 to pull forward bibliographic work in preference to data mining work this milestone was deferred. Delivery date further affected by re-plan to include more enhancements to RefBank during year two than originally envisaged.

Eventually re-scheduled in line with revised date for M7.16 (http://vbrant.eu/content/m716-mark-modules-delivering-outline-mark). M7.16 was completed 28 September 2012.

After allowing for TDWG and similar interruptions, this milestone would have to be deferred to a realistic date in mid-November. Finally moved to 23 November 2012 at the end of three one-day workshops that week in which mark-up processes, and their integration with both Scratchpads and OBOE, feature heavily.

Satisfactorily reviewed in our workshop at Oxford on Wednesday 21 November 2012 (http://vbrant.eu/content/three-days-workshops) hence marked as complete. The accompanying report will be written next week after the rest of this week's workshops are out of the way.
