M8.17 - APIs to integrate various data sources in support of analytical and reporting tools

The issue of the implementation of these routines to the ViBRANT Infrastructure has been solved in collaboration with WP5. The routines will be made available by OBOE. This was decided in order to avoid to have multiple ways and services through which the calculation routines would be available. The templates with the types of data needed and the kinds of output calculations have been delivered to WP5 leader along with the respective routines (scripts in C++).
