D6.3 - Data publication workflow

The present deliverable describes several workflows and tools developed or upgraded by Pensoft in the course of the ViBRANT project. These include: (1) Data and narrative (text) integrated publishing workflow of the Biodiversity Data Journal (BDJ); (2) The upfront markup data publishing Pensoft Writing Tool (PWT); (3) Data paper workflow developed by GBIF and Pensoft; (4) Markup and export of atomized content from journal articles, such as taxon treatments, names, primary biodiversity data and bibliographic references; (5) journal-to-wiki simultaneous publishing workflow; (6) Large data species description using ISA TAB metadata standard.
