Review complete; new service in development.

A new service is in development that will use the following:

1. MaxEnt software
2. WorldClim environmental layers
3. GBIF locality data; or user supplied data.

The service will be deployed in approximately a month (31.08.2012) well ahead of M5.29 (31.12.2012).
