M5.27 - Metadata repository implementation

In order to hold the specifications for tasks to be submitted to external computing services we will design a metadata repository to be integrated with Scratchpad instances. This repository will hold job specifications, and the history of results. It will be exposed to the Scratchpad user via the enhanced user interface developed in Task 5.8.

Milestone completed

The metadata repository was reported as complete on 31 Dec 2011 under milestone M5.20. The repository remains completely functional as an integrated part of the OBOE platform.
