The attached document from Gregor Hagedorn describes a user interface tool which combines the creation of matrix keys in xper2 with the the ViBRANT webservice to create single-access keys (dichotomous or polytomous).
I note that the OBOE service created under M5.19 is capable of delivering the content directly to the Scratchpads.
