M5.36 – Pipeline tool for species distribution modelling

The SDM service implements the common pipeline as follows: 1) enter specimen locality coordinates, 2) collate environmental data records for the set of locality coordinates, 3) calculate an SDM, 4) project the SDM into the user specified region of interest, 5) for multiple species models calculate additive surfaces for alpha diversity, also called stacked SDMs. See: https://oboe.oerc.ox.ac.uk/
